Founded in 2018, Shamakia James owns and operates of A New Way of Care Services, LLC. With over 26 years of experience, 

Ms. James initially entered the health care industry by providing care for those that were mentally incapacitated.

Her expertise includes caring for those with closed head injuries resulting from automobile accidents, Venerology (internal/external wound care), while offering an empathetically holistic approach to caring for the elderly, which is now her passion. Throughout her career she has managed some of the leading agencies in health care in the State of Michigan. 

Her experience, dedication and compassion and comprehensive approach to care is what separates her from the rest.
